• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy and governance across units and regions.
• Establish controls for design-build and integrated delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Develop leading indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights for margin and delivery risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data workflows, and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Establish scalable document management, records, and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to improve predictability and profitability.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals.
