Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Program Manager to lead and grow its enterprise Program Management practice. The role bridges executive leadership, market leaders, client teams, and delivery personnel to expand advisory, program management, and PMO services across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, schedule, financial, and risk-management oversight during design and pre-construction phases.
• Translate validated mission requirements into Owner’s Project Requirements and performance-based specifications.
• Establish governance framework for rapid, real-time government approvals.
• Create and maintain risk register and contingency modeling.
• Manage cost-estimating, cost reviews to establish GMP.
• Oversee design progression balancing budgets and tight schedules.
