Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs spanning technology and business operations. You will drive governance, standard methodologies, and enterprise delivery excellence, partnering with senior leaders to align resources with strategic objectives.

You will mentor project managers, coordinate dependencies, and advance PMO maturity while delivering measurable enterprise value across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs with high-visibility initiatives.
• PMP or comparable project management certification.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives with multiple business units, executive sponsors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of governance, prioritization, risk management, dependency management, and benefits realization.
• Experience with enterprise project management tools and executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure using disciplined PM methods.
• Develop integrated project and program plans including roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Partner with senior leaders to manage demand intake, clarify objectives, assess readiness, and develop prioritization.
