Job summary

Stanley Consultants is a premier engineering firm seeking a Program Manager to build and scale its enterprise Program Management practice. The role bridges executive leadership, market leaders, client services, and project delivery to expand advisory, PMO, and CIP services across sectors.

The successful candidate will lead major client programs, develop standards, and mentor teams while collaborating with C-suite executives and project leaders to improve delivery performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, DBIA preferred.
• 18+ years in program management, infrastructure delivery, or related fields.
• 10+ years leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies.
• Develop governance frameworks, tools, and best practices for program management.
• Oversee design, pre-construction phases, and cost estimation; manage GMP negotiations.
• Mentor teams and coordinate across executive leadership, clients, and delivery staff.
