Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Program Management Director to lead and grow our enterprise Program Management practice across multiple markets and geographies. The role bridges executive leadership, client service teams, and project delivery to expand advisory, PMO, CIP, and owner’s representative services.

You will mentor leaders, develop growth plans and governance frameworks, and oversee delivery excellence while collaborating with market leaders and clients to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, DBIA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 18 years in program/project management and 10 years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to grow and manage enterprise program management, PMO, CIP and owner's representative services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies.
• Set strategic vision, service offerings, standards, and scalable business models for program management services.
• Provide executive oversight and advisory support to high-profile programs and client initiatives.
• Mentor project managers and develop career progression pathways for program management professionals.
• Drive business development, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
