As the Enterprise PM, you will sit at the center of the organization, managing a portfolio of strategic corporate initiatives. You will be responsible for evolving the PMO function, ensuring strong governance without unnecessary bureaucracy, and providing executive-level visibility into the company’s most critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Drive high-priority, cross-company initiatives that impact the entire operating model.
- PMO Evolution: Design and refine project management functions to support a rapidly scaling business.
- Executive Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex project data into actionable portfolio-level insights.
- Governance: Implement lightweight but effective governance frameworks that ensure accountability and alignment across multiple business lines.
- Ambiguity Management: Operate effectively in early-stage projects before full structures or requirements are defined.
Who You Are
- The Enterprise Architect: You have a deep background in Enterprise PMO or Corporate Strategy roles. You think in "portfolios," not just individual tasks.
- The Owner: You have a proven track record of staying with organizations and growing with them. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated tenure and a history of internal promotion.
- The Communicator: You are comfortable presenting to executive leadership and can hold your own in high-stakes strategy sessions.
- The Lean Operator: You enjoy a Private Equity-backed environment where you are empowered to do the work yourself rather than managing large administrative teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Significant experience in an Enterprise PM or PMO role.
- Track Record: Proven ability to build or significantly evolve PM functions.
- Mindset: High ownership, comfortable with lean infrastructure, and a preference for "building" over "maintaining."
Focus: You are a dedicated Project/Program Management professional (this is not a Product Management or Client Implementation role).
