Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Deputy Program Manager in San Antonio, TX, onsite. You will lead the enterprise Program Management practice, bridging executive leadership with project teams, and expanding advisory and PMO services across markets.

You will manage major programs, develop scalable processes, and mentor staff while advancing multi-year CIP, owner’s representative, and governance capabilities for diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 18 years in program/project management or infrastructure delivery.
• 10+ years leading multidisciplinary teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and advisory support to high-profile programs.
• Grow Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across markets.
• Develop scalable business models for Owner's Representative, PMO, CIP management.
• Lead pursuit planning, proposals, and client engagements for major programs.
• Establish governance, scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Mentor teams responsible for program execution and growth.
