Job summary

Project Management Institute in the United States is seeking a Manager for the Project & Program COE to lead enterprise project and program management activities, including prioritization, cross-departmental communication, capacity planning, and documentation standardization.

You will partner with business leaders, teams and stakeholders to meet objectives for enterprise projects and programs, and supervise critical initiatives to ensure progress toward business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a global business environment focused on portfolio, product, or broad organization planning.
• PMP, PMI-ACP and/or other IT/agile credentials (PMP preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years leading people.
• Experience in an agile, dynamic, customer-centric environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to interact with Boards and senior leadership across diverse locations.
• Ability to translate verbal and written information into actionable program plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise project and program management activities, including prioritization and cross-departmental communication.
• Oversee capacity planning and standardization/optimization of project documentation and reporting to PMI stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to meet objectives and supervise critical enterprise projects and programs.
