BD is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex projects within a regulated healthcare technology environment in the USA/PR region. The role focuses on driving project plans, budgets, and stakeholder alignment to deliver high-impact medtech initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of hands-on project management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years’ hands-on experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodology.
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management to drive objectives.
Extensive understanding of principles, theories, and concepts for managing large scale project plans.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
Leadership skills and ability to influence change.
Experience facilitating change with management and executive stakeholders.
Experience within a regulated environment.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Adherence to company rules and safety/environment policies.

Responsabilités

Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan to achieve the project goals and actively manage project risk.
Determine and discern detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Actively lead PMO continuous improvement activities.
Assess project performance to monitor progress, identify variances, perform corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
Manage project closure activities, including lessons learned and driving changes for continuous improvement.
Serve as a PMO subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring other project managers; demonstrate expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market, or product.
