Job summary

FORTÉ seeks a Program Manager to ensure a consistent enterprise experience as we deliver our services directly and through partners. You will align communications, manage billing and documentation, and act as the primary liaison for enterprise customers and the sales team.

You will lead a team, interpret engineering schematics, and ensure design intent is clearly conveyed to customers and colleagues, with PMP and CTS/ITIL credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing AV, Digital Signage, Unified Communications or Building Technology projects.
• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to interpret engineering schematics and communicate design intent to customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in communications and adherence to customer and FORTÉ standards.
• Ensure billing, documentation, tracking and other correspondence is delivered to customers accurately, on-time and to formats agreed upon.
• Partner with the enterprise sales representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and lead KPI data collection for QBRs and other touchpoints.
