Role: Program Manager AV Managed Services

Accountable for end-to-end AVaaS delivery including transition, operations, governance, and stakeholder management across global sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead global AVaaS program delivery (design transition steady state) Own SLA performance, service quality, and financial management Drive transition planning, risk management, and vendor coordination Interface with Organization leadership for governance, reporting, and escalations Ensure alignment with AV standards, security, and compliance Manage OEM/vendor ecosystem & transition risks Oversee event, studio, and VIP support delivery
