Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/AV consultation and project management.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong networking fundamentals and UC platform knowledge.
• Able to communicate with executives, engineers, and technicians.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/AV projects from concept through completion.
• Manage internal technicians and third-party partners.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with IT, network, facilities, and construction teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide end-user training and post-live support.
