FORTÉ seeks an experienced AV project manager to lead installation projects from sale to customer acceptance. You will plan, direct, and manage a team, interpret schematics, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Experience in AV systems, strong cost control skills, and the ability to communicate design intent are essential; PMP or CTS certification is preferred for this role in a dynamic, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, installation or design of AV and presentation systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering schematics and communicate design intent.
• Prior leadership or supervision of a team.
• Understanding of project financials and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Carry out projects matching customer applications; travel to client sites as needed.
• Plan, direct, and execute AV installation projects from sale to acceptance.
• Lead a team of employees and exercise independent judgment on project plans.
• Ensure project installation is delivered on time and within budget.
