EvenUp is seeking a Sr. Product Solutions Manager to ensure seamless onboarding for enterprise customers. In this highly cross-functional role, you will configure environments, draft AI prompts, run SQL queries for data mapping and reporting, and drive end-to-end UAT.

You will capture customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and write scalable playbooks for new product areas. This role requires strong attention to detail, 4+ years in fast-paced environments, and travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, LegalTech, or complex Operations).
• Enterprise implementations experience leading customization-heavy system-of-record setups for large enterprises.
• Strong SQL skills for data mapping, reporting and validation.
• Experience writing, testing and iterating AI prompts for LLM-driven workflows.
• Scrappy and adaptable; able to judge quality for v1 launches.
• Exceptional attention to detail for complex configurations and integrations.
• Customer-centric with direct enterprise customer interaction.
• Experience building and prioritizing testing and triage workflows.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end implementation for customers and their environments.
• Configure customer environments with workflows, templates, and SOP translations.
• Write and iterate AI prompts; set quality thresholds for v1 launches.
• Write and run SQL queries for custom reports and data mapping; ensure data accuracy.
• Lead QA and UAT scenarios; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Plan training schedules and coordinate with external stakeholders; update internal processes.
• Provide product feedback and backlog prioritization to improve the roadmap.
