Job summary

Payoneer is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through post-launch learning, with a data-driven approach.

You will partner with customers to understand needs, define the roadmap, and drive outcomes that grow activation and funnel metrics. Experience shipping AI-powered features and communicating with diverse stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with growth outcomes.
• Proven ability to own strategy, roadmap and outcomes.
• Hands-on in building AI-powered product features.
• Excellent communicator across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle end-to-end from discovery to post-launch learning.
• Spend time with customers and advocate for their needs in prioritization decisions.
• Make evidence-based decisions to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Design and ship AI-powered capabilities to move fast and at scale.
• Partner with GTM, KYC, Compliance, and Risk teams to collaborate responsibly.
• Communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution.
