Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths or related discipline.
• Proven performance in Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development or related discipline.
• 0-6+ years in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company; familiarity with affiliate/digital marketing preferred.
• Experience delivering value through AI applications to real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with impact.com’s platform capabilities and industry trends.
• Support the design and integration of technical solutions for clients.
• Lead technical discovery and propose optimal client solutions.
• Create and maintain technical integration documentation.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to deliver seamless client onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues.
