Job summary

ASM in Phoenix seeks a Principal Engineer, Enterprise Process to drive TRANS4M 2.0 across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales & Services. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations Management or related field.
10+ years of digital transformation and enterprise process experience.
Experience evaluating end-to-end processes and cross-functional impacts.
Strong analytical, governance and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with BPDOs and stakeholders to assess end-to-end impact of changes across functions.
Identify dependencies, risks, and operational considerations to support decision making.
Support transformation initiatives through governance, delivery, and stage-gate processes.
Coordinate activities across business teams, IT, and external partners to align priorities.
