Xcel Energy is seeking an Enterprise Process and Technology Improvement leader to drive cross‑functional, data‑driven initiatives across multiple business units. You’ll translate business needs into process and tech requirements, apply Agile practices, and lead teams to optimize performance, reduce costs, and manage risk.

The role demands strong communication, program management, and the ability to align stakeholders around strategic improvements in SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years related business area/industry experience or SAP/equivalent ERP/core enterprise systems use and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of leading business process solutions through technology enablement for business area.

Responsibilities

• Translates business needs into process and technical requirements as they relate to the enterprise vision using Agile methodologies; supports delivery of innovative solutions and leads requirements identification, testing, training, and change management for process and application updates.
• Routinely analyzes and measures process effectiveness and identifies opportunities to increase efficiency, end user experience and reduce risk; leads teams to investigate root causes and design action plans.
• Keeps knowledge current on functional, technical and industry trends and monitors for opportunities to innovate and improve.
