Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an Enterprise Architect with a specialization in Business Process Architecture to drive cross-domain initiatives across HR, supply chain, procurement, and other core functions. The role requires deep domain knowledge in multiple sectors and hands-on experience in process reengineering, process mining, and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and business process modeling.
• Strong cross-domain knowledge in HR, Supply Chain, Procurement.
• Domain expertise in energy, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, BFS.
• Deep expertise in process reengineering and process mining.
• Hands-on experience with process tool frameworks and techniques.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Drive digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Knowledge of GenAI, cloud, data analytics, DevSecOps, APIs, and portfolio rationalization.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure EA effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications (e.g., DGA, NDMO, SDAIA).
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Evaluate and select technology platforms aligned with EA strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in EAM tools and EA certifications (TOGAF preferred).

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications (e.g., DGA, NDMO, SDAIA).
