Job summary

BDI is seeking a Director, Priority Account Sales to drive growth across the eastern United States. You will target and win multi-site MRO customers while managing incumbent Priority Accounts and expanding profitability.

You will partner with branch teams and regional leaders to secure enterprise-level agreements and translate them into successful local execution, balancing strategic selling with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive B2B industrial sales experience.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans for multi-site customers.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new multi-site customers within the territory.
• Lead enterprise-level relationship management for Priority Accounts.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to deliver on customer commitments.
