Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Granite’s Premier (platinum-tier) accounts.
• Remain available 24×7 to support assigned accounts.
• Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with clients; document action items and follow up promptly.
• Service issue resolution and technical coordination with Granite’s technical teams.
