Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Project Manager to join the Enterprise Project Management Office in Phoenix. You will partner with sponsors, business leads and IT managers to craft detailed project plans, manage scope, schedules and budgets, and drive successful delivery across project lifecycles.

You will document risks, track resources, and produce regular status updates for stakeholders while supporting enterprise banking initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Banking operations knowledge and regulatory awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sponsors, leads, and IT project managers to develop detailed project plans and related documents.
• Plan and monitor progress across project lifecycles; define scope, create schedules, and manage budgets.
• Track resources, maintain project artifacts, and generate status reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and issues and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate invoice payments reflecting scope of work completed.
