Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Project Manager to help drive enterprise projects within the EPMO. You will partner with sponsors, leads, and IT managers to develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and document scope and budgets. You’ll coordinate tasks, track schedules, and ensure timely delivery across multiple programs.

The role requires 4+ years in project management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Banking knowledge and PMI preference are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in Project Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with general banking operations and products preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team to build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and tasks.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, artifacts, status reports and budgets.
• Monitor resource allocations and report availability and over-allocations to leadership.
• Track issues and risk mitigation activities against target completion dates.
• Verify invoice payment requests reflect the scope of work completed.
