Job summary

Western Alliance Bank seeks an EPMO Director to lead the Enterprise Project Management Office, setting the vision and driving maturity across enterprise programs. You’ll recruit and mentor PMs, optimize resource capacity, and ensure delivery excellence in a regulated banking environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to align programs with strategic priorities, balance scope, risks, and schedules, and sustain a high-performance team, ensuring value realization and effective governance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Leadership experience in large financial institutions.
• Expert knowledge of banking operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set EPMO vision and drive maturity improvements across projects.
• Recruit, coach, and lead the EPMO team.
• Ensure projects delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with executives to improve execution outcomes.
