Job summary

Pearson is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure client success, retention, and growth across education, healthcare, and government markets, while building executive relationships and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Financial acumen with ROI and investment decision experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Build executive-level relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead account planning to support customer success and growth.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and adoption metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing.
