Peer Software seeks a Technical Solution POC Engineer to design, implement, and validate customer Proof of Concepts that prove technical feasibility and business value across enterprise storage environments.

You will work with Sales, Presales, Product Management, Engineering, Partners, and customers to translate complex requirements into validated enterprise solutions that meet defined success criteria.

Competenze

• 10+ years in technical engineering or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience designing and executing customer Proof of Concepts (POCs) or technical solution validation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with enterprise NAS platforms such as Dell PowerScale, NetApp, Nutanix Files, or similar storage technologies.
• Understanding of SMB, NFS, and object storage protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure, networking, and storage environments.
• Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer validation projects simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Design and execute Proof of Concepts to verify functionality, scalability, interoperability, and performance against success criteria.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, Sales, and Presales to understand challenges and outcomes before designing validation strategies.
• Build, configure, deploy, and manage validation environments for customer validation and demonstrations.
• Research emerging technologies and competitive solutions to identify effective approaches for requirements.
• Perform technical demonstrations to showcase Peer Software’s solutions and benefits.
• Conduct performance, interoperability, and scalability testing across Dell PowerScale, NetApp, Nutanix Files, and cloud storage.
• Evaluate technical risks and deployment considerations with practical recommendations.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation including designs, reference architectures, validation methodologies, and deployment guides.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to relay feedback and drive improvements.
• Document competitive evaluations and publish findings.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support customer outcomes.
