Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across our national financial management services platform, applying PMI-aligned methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) within the Enterprise PMO framework.

You will coordinate with executives, operations, IT, finance, and compliance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while supporting new state contract launches and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, operations, or healthcare administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive PM experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of PMI PMBOK-based methods; PMP preferred.
• Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, MS Project, or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure using EPMO protocols and PMI-aligned methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Coordinate with executive sponsors, operations, IT, finance, compliance, and external partners to ensure deliverables on time and on budget.
• Support new state and contract launches by managing readiness activities, training coordination, vendor integration, and go-live execution.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and champion process improvements through change requests and standardized SOPs.
