Job summary

Avalign Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects through the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). You will oversee initiatives from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with governance and business priorities.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, Sales, and external vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3–5 years of cross-functional project experience.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM tools; strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium‑to‑large cross‑functional projects through the full lifecycle using established ePMO methodologies.
• Develop and maintain charters, integrated plans, WBS, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, Sales and vendors.
