Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• PMI's PMBOK-based methodology knowledge; PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Planner, MS Project, or Jira.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, following established EPMO protocols and PMI-aligned methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk logs, CRAIDD logs, communication plans, and other required documentation.
• Ensure project scope, timeline, budget and quality remain aligned with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, risk/issue management, and decision tracking.
• Support new state and contract launches by managing readiness activities, training coordination, vendor integration, and go-live execution.
• Partner with Implementation to ensure smooth handoff of projects into operations.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and champion process improvements through change requests and SOP updates.
