Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is hiring a Project Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives across operations, technology, compliance, and new business implementation. You will report to the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office and apply PMI-aligned practices to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This role supports new state launches, vendor integration, and change management within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or related field with progressive PM experience.
PMI PMBOK-based methodologies knowledge; PMP preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and multiple delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure using PMI-aligned methods (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk logs, CRAIDD logs, communication plans, and other docs.
Ensure scope, timeline, budget, and quality align with objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
Facilitate meetings, status reporting, risk/issue management, and governance tracking.
Support new state and contract launches with readiness activities, training coordination, and go-live execution.
