Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, GSINC PMO & Integrated Delivery Lead to drive the enterprise PMO for a major contracting transformation. You will convert approved priorities into a credible, actively managed roadmap across workstreams, activation, change, readiness, value realization, and transition to sustained operations.

You will lead the PMO team, set governance standards, and provide decision-ready reporting to Transformation Office leadership, SteerCo, and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise programs.
• Experience with PMO leadership and delivery assurance.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Roadmap and Delivery Planning: Own enterprise roadmap and forecasts; integrate workstream plans into one view.
• Execution Assurance and Recovery: Lead delivery cadence; detect slippage; drive recovery actions.
• Program Controls and Decision Support: Establish standards for risks, issues, actions, decisions; ensure due dates and ownership.
• Readiness and Cross-Workstream Integration: Align change, communications, adoption, and finance validation with roadmap milestones.
• PMO People and Partner Leadership: Build and lead the GSINC PMO and cross-functional teams.
• Transformation Office Leadership: Connect PMO with strategy, governance, and sustainment.
