Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, GSINC PMO & Integrated Delivery Lead to drive enterprise program management for the GSINC transformation. You will own the integrated roadmap, manage delivery cadence, and align workstreams across the organization to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will lead the PMO, establish governance standards, and provide decision-ready views to executives, while balancing scope, capacity, and risk across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, strategy, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in enterprise program management, PMO leadership, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-year transformations and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the GSINC integrated enterprise roadmap, milestones, dependencies and forecasts.
• Lead the integrated delivery cadence across workstreams with visibility on scope, schedule and budget.
• Establish standards for risks, issues, actions, decisions, and governance.
• Provide concise reporting to Transformation Office, leadership, and executives.
• Coordinate change, communications, training, adoption, and value realization milestones.
