Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, GSINC PMO & Integrated Delivery Lead to orchestrate enterprise program management for the GSINC transformation. You will translate priorities into an integrated roadmap, drive cross‑workstream delivery, and ensure readiness, value realization, and sustained operations.

You will lead the PMO, set governance standards, manage dependencies, and provide decision‑ready reporting to senior leadership. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven enterprise program management and PMO leadership experience.
• Experience in complex, multi-year transformations and governance.

Responsabilités

• Own the GSINC integrated enterprise roadmap and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-workstream planning and delivery across teams.
• Provide decision-ready reporting on progress, risks and budgets.
• Lead PMO people and partnered delivery resources.
• Ensure readiness, adoption and value realization across the program.
