Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, GSINC PMO & Integrated Delivery Lead to drive enterprise program management for a global contracting transformation. The role leads the PMO, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, and delivers a credible, integrated roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, strategy, program or project management, technology, finance, legal operations, procurement, life sciences, engineering, organizational transformation, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant enterprise program management, transformation delivery, PMO leadership, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-year enterprise transformations with integrated planning, deployment readiness, cross-functional issue resolution, and transition to sustained operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the GSINC integrated enterprise roadmap, milestone architecture, critical path, dependencies, delivery checkpoints, definitions of done, baselines, and forecasts.
• Lead the integrated delivery cadence across workstreams and deployment trains with visibility to scope, schedule, quality, budget, readiness, and outcomes.
• Establish common standards for risks, issues, actions, decisions, assumptions, dependencies, intake, prioritization, and change control.
