Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director, GSINC PMO & Integrated Delivery Lead to steer the enterprise PMO for the GSINC program. You will convert approved priorities into a credible, actively managed roadmap, coordinating workstreams, change readiness, value realization, and transition to sustained operations.

You will lead the PMO team, establish governance standards, and provide a concise, decision-ready view of progress, risks, and capacity to executives across Johnson & Johnson.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, strategy, program or project management, technology, finance, legal operations, procurement, life sciences, engineering, organizational transformation, or a related field.

• Own the integrated enterprise roadmap, milestones, dependencies, baselines, and forecasts.
• Lead the PMO and delivery resources; ensure decision-ready progress views for leadership.
• Establish standards for risks, issues, actions, decisions, and change control.
• Provide an enterprise view of cross-workstream readiness and interdependencies.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure aligned delivery across programs.
