Job summary

Brother International Corporation seeks a Director of Program Management and Delivery to lead enterprise programs across the Americas. You will establish a robust PMO, govern delivery standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and valuable outcomes.

You will work with Finance, IT, and Business Leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, manage risks, and drive sustainable benefits realization in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Admin, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's Degree (or equivalent) or MBA - Preferred.
• PMP certification is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise program management and delivery framework across strategic initiatives.
• Define delivery governance standards and ensure alignment with budgets and milestones.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary delivery team and coordinate cross-functional execution across regions.
