Job summary

Stanley Consultants, a global engineering firm, is seeking a Program Management Director to lead the enterprise PM practice across markets, reporting to executive leadership and partnering with client teams to expand advisory services.

You will drive governance, program controls, and delivery excellence for major capital programs, mentor staff, and shape growth strategies while maintaining client satisfaction and a strong People First culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PgMP or CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across markets.
• Set strategic vision, growth objectives, and service offerings for program management.
• Create scalable governance frameworks and repeatable tools.
• Evaluate staffing, technical capabilities, and processes; identify gaps.
• Mentor project and portfolio managers; support career progression.
• Lead business development and large-scale program opportunities.
• Provide executive oversight for high-profile programs.
