Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise change management strategy and governance.
• Integrate change management into enterprise portfolios and programs.
• Lead adoption, readiness, sponsorship, and resistance management activities.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure change progress.
