Job summary

Brother USA seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Portfolio Management to lead governance, financial stewardship, and portfolio strategy across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership to prioritize investments and optimize performance, delivering measurable business value.

You will drive standardized practices, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio management, program management, or PMO leadership.
• Experience creating and implementing enterprise portfolio governance frameworks.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on enterprise strategy and investment planning.
• Minimum 8 years leading enterprise portfolio management within complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise portfolio management strategy aligned with goals and priorities.
• Design portfolio governance frameworks, policies, and decision-making processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of portfolios.
• Establish portfolio metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Lead portfolio reviews and drive data-driven decisions on priorities and investments.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and mitigate portfolio risks.
