Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in program management, large-scale delivery, or enterprise transformation.
• PMP – Project Management Professional; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed programs and delivering in multi-region environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise program management and delivery framework across strategic initiatives.
• Provide governance, dependency management, risk escalation, and benefits realization alignment.
• Oversee planning, roadmapping, and execution with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Change, and Business Owners to align budgets and adoption.
• Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team and promote continuous improvement.
