Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Operations PMO. Lead large-scale client programs, deploy new products, and establish PMO standards, governance cadences, and reporting across Enterprise Operations, Tech, Finance, Legal, and client teams.

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, drive change management, and guide cross-functional partners to meet deadlines while ensuring scalable processes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including standing up new programs in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects spanning technology and client initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale client-facing launches or time-critical mobilizations.
• Experience writing business cases and project charters that were funded and delivered.
• Ability to hold stakeholders accountable without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest cross-functional projects from planning to close-out.
• Lead time-critical mobilizations and maintain a scalable mobilization playbook.
• Launch complex client-facing projects and transition to account management when in BAU.
• Develop foundational PMO standards, charters, templates, and governance cadences.
• Create business cases and project charters with scope, metrics, and timelines.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and RAID logs across multiple projects.
• Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.
