Fastlane Lending Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead, Strategic Program Management & Execution to drive high-impact initiatives across the business. The role will lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning partner integrations, product and technology implementations, pricing, operational improvements, and other strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate is an operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and can turn strategy into clear, executable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience leading strategic programs or large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Fastlane’s top strategic initiatives.
• Translate priorities into actionable project plans with milestones, owners, timelines, budgets, and metrics.
• Drive multiple programs from concept to launch while ensuring delivery and business impact.
• Establish governance, reporting, issue tracking, and escalation paths to keep work moving.
• Coordinate across Product, Pricing, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and leadership.
• Serve as central execution lead for bank and technology partners, data providers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
