Job summary

Persado is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end program management for large enterprise accounts in the financial services sector. You will drive alignment, execution, and measurable business outcomes across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams, communicating decisions and status clearly while upholding quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of project management or customer-facing roles with enterprise clients.
• 2–5 years of experience with Persado’s product or similar SaaS in a B2B setting.
• Experience with marketing technologies (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Experience in digital marketing channels and use cases (Acquisition, Engagement).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional project teams (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product).
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies.
• Communicate status and decisions to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive process improvements for successful adoption.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.
