Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or client onboarding.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in enterprise software or regulated environments.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution for client implementations.
• Lead onboarding initiatives ensuring timelines and regulatory expectations are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems.
• Create and maintain project documentation and integration plans.
• Identify risks early and proactively course-correct.
• Serve as the key client point of contact.
• Drive process improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Deliver clear project updates and executive-level reporting.
