Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Client Operations, to lead multiple complex client implementations across our product suite from launch to completion. You will partner with banks, fintechs, and telecoms to ensure successful outcomes and outstanding client experiences.

This hybrid role requires a BA or BS, 10+ years in client-facing program management, and strong Agile and API/integration experience. Proficiency with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Enterprise ChatGPT) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 10+ years' experience in client-facing program management or project management.
• 5+ years' experience Agile methodologies, integrations, API's, transactional systems, and architecture.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude and Enterprise ChatGPT.
• Experience with financial services and credit industry is beneficial.
• Experience with software implementations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Guide multiple complex client implementations and strategic programs from initiation to delivery.
• Partner with banks, credit unions, fintechs, and telecommunications companies to provide impactful solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, ownership, communication plans, and risks.
• Provide direction to project teams by tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and managing escalations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and risks to all partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and Technical Project Managers, Product and other teams to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and agreement.
