Job summary

JPMorgan Private Client is seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead impactful change initiatives and drive frontline adoption, delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will collaborate across lines of business and with senior leaders to plan, coordinate and implement initiatives, using a structured, analytical approach and strong communication to influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5 years' experience in retail banking with process, project, or strategy roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency essential.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with function and product leads to drive change adoption through communication, training and procedures.
• Maintain a change calendar and clearly communicate complex process improvements to diverse stakeholders.
• Manage smaller projects supporting the JPMorgan Private Client agenda and controls implementation.
• Define project direction in matrixed or ambiguous environments and build cross‑business relationships.
• Present executive-level updates and scenarios using MS Office tools; act as a thought leader.
