Zusammenfassung

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise PMO Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver small to moderately complex technology and business initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies while aligning with governance and cyber security standards.

You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to drive successful outcomes, maintain artifacts, and support governance activities across programs in Hoover, Alabama.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field with two years of PM experience, or a HS diploma with six years PM experience.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Experience managing technology-related initiatives with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Manages small to moderately complex technology projects and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, task lists, and documentation to support delivery.
• Coordinates project activities across assigned business, technology, operational, and vendor teams.
• Monitors project progress, deliverables, and milestones, escalating issues and risks as appropriate.
• Supports the identification, documentation, and tracking of project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensures adherence to established PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and SDLC requirements.
• Assists with governance activities, including documentation, approvals, status reporting, and reviews.
• Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates, and support execution.
• Coordinates testing, implementation, training, and transition-to-support activities.
• Maintains project artifacts in line with audit and compliance requirements.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
