Job summary

Aras is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure enterprise subscribers maximize value from Aras Innovator. This technically focused, customer-facing role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Support to drive post-sales adoption and strategic growth.

You will guide onboarding, perform health checks, and coordinate escalations while supporting renewals and expansion with global enterprise customers. Will travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7+ years in customer success or related fields.
• Strong PLM or enterprise software knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customer onboarding and drive adoption of Aras Innovator.
• Provide best-practice coaching on PLM usage and health checks.
• Lead Get Well Plans and coordinate with support to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to internal tools and processes to improve the customer experience.
