Job summary

Artemis is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own customer relationships from post-sale onboarding through adoption, retention, renewal, and growth.

This is not a traditional support role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a book of business, understand how customers are actually using the platform, identify risk early, and actively drive customers toward getting measurable value from Artemis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar post-sale SaaS roles.
• Experience managing a meaningful book of B2B customers with retention ownership.
• Strong understanding of SaaS onboarding, adoption, renewals, and customer health.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Artemis customers through the post-sale lifecycle.
• Guide onboarding and into meaningful product adoption.
• Drive early usage milestones toward measurable value.
• Monitor customer health and proactively intervene to prevent churn.
• Own retention and renewal outcomes across your book.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales.
• Collaborate with Product/technical teams to surface feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer data in our systems.
• Help improve CS playbooks and automation as the team scales.
