Job Summary

We are seeking a PLM Solution Architect to join our Professional Services organization. This role is focused on client delivery and technical advisory leadership, partnering directly with customer teams to design and implement enterprise-scale PLM solutions based on the Aras Innovator platform. As a trusted client-facing consultant, you will provide architectural direction, lead delivery teams, and ensure successful outcomes across complex PLM transformation initiatives. You will own the technical solution across the full delivery lifecycle—requirements, architecture, build, validation, and transition—while ensuring alignment with client business objectives, Aras best practices, and professional services delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Aras Innovator implementations.
• Own the end‑to‑end solution architecture and technical delivery.

• Mentor consultants and junior architects.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of PLM delivery experience.
• Proven Aras Innovator implementation leadership.
• Agile tools experience (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Industry experience in Automotive, High Tech, Aerospace, etc.
• Knowledge of engineering change, quality, and manufacturing processes.
• U.S. Citizen.
